READINGS

Spirit communicates through images and symbols, as well as sounds, smells, feelings, and other impressions. The French called these faculties the “clairs” such as clairvoyance or clear seeing; clairaudience or clear hearing; clairgustance or clear tasting; clairsalience or clear smelling; and clairsentience or clear feeling, and claircognisance or clear knowing. If you get feelings in the palms of your hands you could be experiencing clairtangency; clairempathy or clear emotion.

Sometimes we sense the presence of a loved one who has transitioned to the Spirit Realms. This could be possible in many ways, and several factors may converge. For example, we may smell the cologne that a loved one used to wear and know they are near – a combination of clairsalience, claircognisance, and clairsentience. If this overwhelms us with emotion, or feelings that our loved one used to express, we may also be experiencing clairempathy.

The Chakra system, based in Hindu tradition, includes the Third Eye or Brow Chakra, located behind the eyes, the bridge of our nose. When we meditate, or receive flashes of inspiration through an image, this becomes an “inner screen” where we “see” our loved ones, guides and teachers. We may also see them in physical form, sometimes translucently or partially formed in passing, seen in a mirror, or in a dream state.

Readings can provide insight into problem areas of your life. They can also provide evidence of the continuity of life when Loved Ones come through. During reading, you may experience a deep sense of peace, gather wisdom, or find closure. These are sacred journeys with Spirit — filled with promise, hope, and new possibilities.

I offer four types of readings:

Intuitive Reading – which can be done through a combination of the “clairs” as well as psychic impressions and/or mediumship through my Guides and Teachers. I am highly clairvoyant and usually get a lot of images to begin. I often receive information through other “clairs” as well. If Loved Ones come through, then mediumship is evident.

Smoke Billet Reading – which are created by holding an index card over an open flame to capture images and symbols created by Spirit. The card becomes the basis for your reading and is examined from different angles during the session. Please scroll down for additional information about this type of reading.

Spirit Art Reading – where a blank card is used to capture painted images, symbols, and messages from Spirit. The card becomes the basis for your reading and is examined from various angles during the session. Please scroll down for additional information about this type of reading.

Combination Intuitive and Healing Reading – As I receive impressions or work with energy healing (Spiritual Healing, Reiki energy, remote healing) I can also scan the chakras, the aura, and provide additional messages that come through from Spirit in a combination reading which includes messages and healing from Spirit.

How to Prepare for a Reading

• In the days leading up to your reading, please think about any questions you would like to ask Spirit. Feel free to write them down on a piece of paper and keep them with you during the reading.
• Please be sure to silence your cell phone and any other devices, turn off notifications.
• Find a quiet place free of distractions where you will not be interrupted before you call or log on to our session.
• Do not drink alcohol or be under the influence of any medications or other mind-altering substances prior to or during your reading. This would change your vibration and make true communication for your highest and best good very difficult if not impossible. The same holds true for group readings. No one under the influence should be present.
• While I cannot guarantee what information will come through, or which Loved Ones, Guides, or Teachers will communicate, you may bring photos of Loved Ones or objects that belonged to them if you so desire. This is a form of psychometry which can help your Loved Ones connect with my Guides and Teachers.
• You may also want to bring a fresh glass of water to sip during or after your reading.

The Reading Flow

• I will set a timer before we begin. Then I will say a prayer and invite Loved Ones, Guides, and Teachers to join us so they can provide the information that is most needed.

• After sharing the images and messages I receive from Spirit, you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. While there may be natural pauses or brief conversations between us as your reading progresses, it is best to let the flow continue without uninterruption to let Spirit come through.
• Five to ten minutes before the end of our session, the timer will go off indicating that we are almost out of time. Often the questions that you had prior to the session have already been answered, but you can ask additional questions or seek clarification prior to the end of the reading.
• If you would like, I can select an oracle card or share additional messages from sacred texts as the reading comes to a close.
• I will close the reading with a prayer of thanks, and for continued healing and blessings.
• Once the reading is over, I will not remember what happened. Please do not be upset or take this personally! Feel free to take notes, or use a recording device if you would like to capture the narrative during our session.
