Founded in the year 2000, Explore the Sea of Qi began as my first healing practice in Falls Church, Virginia. At the time, I practiced acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Rooted in the Tao, Chinese Medicine balances Yin and Yang, our inner and outer selves, as well as our relationship to the world around us. Our bodies are vessels, sacred temples that can channel and communicate with Spirit. Qi is our life force energy, which surrounds us and moves through every aspect of our being traversing invisible pathways called meridians. 

Since that time I studied other forms of healing including Reiki, Spiritual Healing, and incorporated knowledge of the Chakras from Hindu teachings, energy bodies of the body, mind and soul, and the Ten Sephirot from the Kabbalah. After more than thirty years of training and studying metaphysics, Spiritualism, and Spirit Communication, I redesigned my offerings and became an ordained minister of Divine Metaphysics. I also incorporated Strengths based coaching as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
