My Spiritual Path
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I bring a unique blend of experience from my work with nonprofits, as a public servant, and as a manager and small business owner in the private sector. Learning to become a certified coach opened my eyes to my own, innate talents and how they can be developed into strengths. I gained clarity on my values, what comes naturally to me, and why. This coaching method taught me how to grow exponentially and overcome obstacles through a Strengths Based approach. I also learned a lot about how others perceive me, how to recognize strengths in others, and how to build effective partnerships and teams through this awareness. I strive to bring this life changing experience to my clients, as their lives unfold – with empowering tools and knowledge to choose how they want to grow, navigate change, and achieve personal and professional goals. Strengths coaching sessions can be designed for individuals, groups, employees, as well as managers and team leaders.

More About CliftonStrengths
The CliftonStrengths coaching process begins by completing an online assessment which takes about 40 minutes. This online assessment is accessed through purchase of a code which I can provide to you. After you complete your assessment and your results are made available, we will schedule an initial one-hour coaching session to conduct a high-level review of your results. Then we can decide how many additional sessions to book, whether you would like to purchase a coaching package, or just go with the flow through individually purchased sessions depending on your schedule.
Once someone takes an assessment, the results do not change significantly over time. That means you can take your reports out and dust them off from time to time for a refresher or to address a new goal you would like to set or issue you would like to explore in your personal or professional life.
If you have already completed a CliftonStrengths assessment and have your results to share, we can work together to explore how coaching can help you fulfill your dreams! If you have your results and are willing to share them with me, you can email them and schedule a one-hour coaching session or purchase a package with multiple sessions.
We can also set up a complimentary fifteen-minute Exploratory session to talk about Clifton Strengths, your goals for coaching regarding your career, personal relationships, spiritual path or other goals, to see if this would be a good fit for your needs before you purchase your initial coaching session (and assessment code if you have not yet taken the assessment).

Purchase the Code:
- Clifton Strengths 34: $49.99 plus tax – this is the best value, and will give you a complete report including information about all 34 themes
- Clifton Strengths Top 5: $19.99 plus tax – this is an inexpensive way to get started. You can upgrade your report later, without taking the assessment again, for an additional charge. However, you will spend more money in the long run if you decide to upgrade and receive your full 34 report later on.
- CliftonStrengths for Leaders: $39.99 plus tax – this will provide your top ten themes with added insights for leaders.
Gallup has additional reports, products, and publications available on their website.

To take the CliftonStrengths assessment, receive your access code by email, and set up your initial one-hour consultation, click here: Cost is $150 plus the cost of whichever assessment code you select (for example, if you would like to purchase the All-34 report with your assessment, your total cost would be $205 to reflect the $49.99 discounted cost code for the initial assessment plus tax, plus $150 for a one-hour coaching session).
NOTE: Please remember not to schedule your coaching session until you have completed the assessment, receive your results, and have provided them to me at least one week ahead of time.
Single Session
