USPS Standard: 3–7 business days — Free shipping

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Lost or Stolen Packages: MainGirlFashion is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events. Each order is lovingly packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is in original, unused condition.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective—in that case, we provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges: Available for incorrect or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Final Sale: No returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Damaged Items:

If chains, zippers, or other damage occurs within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a new bag, but we must
receive the damaged product first.
