Refund & Returns Policy

At Horizon Hauler LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank for further confirmation.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@horizonhaulerllc.com.

You’ll receive U.S. return center details via email.

Gifts & Shipping Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

To return your product, please email us at info@horizonhaulerllc.com for return instructions and the correct return address.

You’ll be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
